The Ice Fish Seafood House name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks or the trademarks of our affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
The App may allow you to create, upload, store, or share content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any User Content you create. By providing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:
The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or applications. We do not control and are not responsible for these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, for access to the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ice Fish Seafood House, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ice Fish Seafood House is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver by us of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by us to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ice Fish Seafood House regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
